What kind of warped person would create a Mistake Bank where people's worst career bloopers were saved for posterity?
Gary says...It is also likely to be a cultural thing, as I suspect the "Mistake Bank" will not be very popular in parts of Asia where saving face is more important.
In my experience in my various global roles, while in USA and parts of Europe there is a feeling that you should "learn from your mistakes", this is less the case in Asia where it is seen as being critical and needs to be handled more carefully...
