Driving traffic to Fairpoint’s no-obligation services

Consumer financial services group Fairpoint has appointed Jellyfish to handle its £3 million paid search marketing brief. The account was previously held by Webtrends.

Jellyfish, the UK’s leading agency dedicated to paid search, will use its unique Pay Per Click methodologies and the creation of bespoke landing pages to help consumers find the right service to meet their individual needs.

The overall objective of the campaign will be to drive traffic to Fairpoint’s no-obligation services.

Fairpoint is a consumer financial services business that is focused on serving consumers in financial difficulty. The business, which offers impartial advice to help consumers resolve their debt problems, has tasked Jellyfish with running the account using the agency’s distinctive Cost Per Qualified Response model (CPQR), whereby Jellyfish will only be paid when the campaign delivers a consumer to one of Fairpoint’s advice programmes.

An additional benefit of the CPQR is that it will enable Fairpoint’s team of advisors to focus on providing consumers a highly tailored service.

John Gardner, marketing director at Fairpoint, said: “We were impressed by the flexibility that Jellyfish’s CPQR model offers us. They are the only agency we could find that provide such a progressive service. We can’t wait to get the campaign underway.”

Scott Christie, business development director at Jellyfish, added: “We are delighted to be working with Fairpoint, a leading financial services provider. We have introduced a unique business model to this account and look forward to delivering excellent results.”
