What do you expect from web 3.0?
The Web… less of a catalogue and more of a guide
http://www.linkedin.com/answers/technology/web-dev...
Here are some of the many expectations about Web 3.0
Web 3.0 is total convergence. The 'seamless web.' Gone are the days of landing pages on separate web properties. Web 3.0 is information on demand, without having to demand it.
Web 3.0 will be all about the niche. The niche's want to be heard, want their own universe and the Facebook's and MySpace's of the world will remain alive and strong by working with not against these groups.
Web 3.0 is when people start calling it the web and it's just there. And it's everywhere. And no one talks about getting online because everyone already is all the time. And it's all integrated and seamless. And we all have a virtual presence that just naturally extends and compliments our real selves.
Web 3.0 is about a lot more than widgets; it’s about the application of intelligent technology to the Web 2.0 - defining social-media and consumer-control phenomena.
What is your take on Web 3.0? Send your thoughts and comments to the editor.

Geeks, freaks and beautiful people get foamed
"The spot is spec, so I am hoping someone from Guinness will come along and pay for my student loans! "
http://www.adgabber.com/video/video/show?id=546804...
This hotties versus geeks Guinness spot is making the rounds and we kind of like it. If you're one of those people who are so perfect looking and look like you could be in any commercial or movie or if you are one of those people who, well, sat on the sidelines most you life while action passed you by, this commercial is for you. Well sort of.
It makes the beautiful ones all elegant and suave and the not so beautiful ones frumpy and clumsy. Oh well. It gets the point across.
From Max Gutierrez, the director: "I completed the spot as part of my thesis at the University of Southern California. The spot is spec, so I am hoping someone from Guinness will come along and pay for my student loans! Not likely, but one can dream right? The spot itself was actually a re-enactment of a similar encounter I had with my girlfriend - albeit a more flamboyant rendition." Good luck to you Max!
