Mothercare, Orange, Warburtons, Specsavers, Tesco, Intel, Pepsico and Colgate were among the brands who triumphed in this year’s Effective Mobile Marketing Awards.

The winning entries came from countries including the UK, US, India, Poland, India and Brazil, spanning four continents.

The winners were unveiled at an Awards Ceremony in London attended by 270 representatives from brands, agencies and mobile marketing firms.

Asda puts 1m Facebook fans in charge of August Asda Magazine cover - ‘Chosen by You’ customer approach brought to life in Publicis Blueprint activity -

In a new move, Asda has asked its Facebook fans to choose the Asda Magazine cover for the August issue. Publicis Blueprint, which also publishes the UK’s number one title, with a 1.96m circulation, designed two alternative covers which were then put to the social network to select the favourite.

Research / Vue tops the box office to become the UKs ‘No.1’ specialist film magazine

August issue will increase distribution from 200,000 to 500,000 copies

Vue, the free monthly film publication launched by Vue Entertainment in March this year is increasing its distribution from 200,000 copies to over 500,000 copies – making it the UK’s No.1 dedicated film title. From August, Vue will be the biggest title of any of the UK cinema exhibitors and have a circulation almost THREE times larger than the nearest paid-for specialist film title.

The magazine has been registered with the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), and the growth comes after just five issues (five months), signifying long term investment in the magazine by Vue Entertainment and publishers Publicis Blueprint, the award winning content marketing agency. [more…]
