TENA has launched its new Silhouette Noir product with a ground-breaking catwalk shot in the style of Victoria’s Secret that has taken over London’s Oxford Street. 

This is the first campaign from TENA Women’s new platform “I Will Be Me” developed with AMV BBDO, with the key objective of breaking taboos around incontinence.

The campaign re-imagines the Victoria’s Secret ‘Angels’ catwalk image, using the highly recognisable wings iconography on a 48-sheet billboard and digital 6-sheets in major London locations renowned for their fashion credentials, featuring age 40+ models wearing the Silhouette Noir all-black pant.

TENA Silhouette Noir is the UK’s first black incontinence product, offering incredible discretion and features a low waist, making it look, feel and fit far more like traditional underwear than standard incontinence pants, the company said.

Up-and-coming lingerie firm Bluebella gets a £1m boost to conquer US

Up-and-coming lingerie brand Bluebella has raised more than £1million by crowdfunding to expand into the US.

The firm, which is fronted by Queen drummer Roger Taylor's daughter, Tigerlily Taylor, more than doubled its initial target of £500,000.

It said the extra money would enable it to raise its profile through direct marketing and PR – with its ultimate goal being to sell 10,000 bras a month.

The lengths to which women have gone in search of the perfect figure has been explored in a fascinating new book examining the evolution of underwear over the ages.

The last 200 years has seen a dizzying amount of change as women progressed from boosting their curves with corsets and bum rolls in the late 18th century, to wearing the barely-there nude and wireless bras of today.

Costume historian Lucy Adlington, who has documented the fads in new book Stitches in Time: The Story Of The Clothes We Wear, says that Kim Kardashian would have been all the rage in the late 1700s with her voluptuous figure.

Video / Tell men to stop wearing underwear

Global fashion brand RevolutionWear has launched a new campaign in which beautiful Swedish models urge men to stop wearing underwear. Well, at least all types of underwear except for RevolutionWear's FRIGO brand underwear which is being introduced to America.

The campaign will include outdoor, events, digital promotions and retail merchandising in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami. To coincide with the outdoor teaser campaign, 1,000 pairs of underwear will be given away in online sweepstakes.
