Access has named Jolanta Pilecka as its chief marketing officer (CMO).
The move is part of the firm’s rapid expansion plans for acquisition and organic growth following a £50m management buyout deal with Lyceum Capital last year. As well as boosting the M&A executive team, she will be responsible for all strategic and tactical PR and marketing activities and will report directly to Chris Bayne, CEO for Access.

Jolanta has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry focusing on software, product and strategic marketing. She has worked with names such as Hewlett Packard and Computer Software Group (CS Group), where she sat on the board and was part of the transformation team that grew the business from £3m to £50m turnover in five years. CS Group was subsequently sold to a private equity firm, Hg Capital, in 2006 and later merged with Iris.
Strong track record

Whilst at CS Group Jolanta was key to positioning more than 17 acquisitions and during her 11 years with Hewlett Packard, she was responsible for numerous software and technology consulting, project management and marketing activities. With a solid background in venture capital funds, her expertise also extends to reviewing potential technology investments, conducting market research, managing brands and launching new investments.
