Blunders : If you are going to run an event focusing on technology in marketing, it’s probably wise to actually use some of it – isn’t it?

I received an email invite to Technology For Marketing exhibition this morning. Slightly puzzled as I thought I had already registered. So duly completed the form and pressed submit. 
Imagine the surprise when I got an error message telling me that I had already registered. 
If you are going to run an event focusing on technology in marketing, it’s probably wise to actually use some of it – isn’t it?
