AD2ONE and Starcom broker month-long campaign showcasing new Honda Jazz-
AD2ONE, the UK’s largest, independent, digital advertising sales house and Starcom, the human experience company, have today negotiated a deal that sees Honda as the first premium advertising partner for the new BT.com site.
Starting August 5th, the campaign, which showcases Honda’s new vehicle model, Jazz, will see a synchronised mail login and homepage takeover on day one. It runs one day a week throughout August.
The new BT.com has seen traffic migrating over to the new site for the past month ahead of today’s launch. The new site is now more informative, engaging and useful with up-to-the-minute news, entertainment and lifestyle stories, in-depth reviews, star interviews, eye-catching picture galleries, exclusive video content and tips and advice.
BT awarded its digital advertising sales contract to AD2ONE in May. AD2ONE delivers premium advertising opportunities for BT.com, including homepage takeovers, login takeovers, rich and standard media, sector sponsorship, content creation and pre-roll.
Grant Allaway, Group Managing Director at AD2ONE, said: “We’re pleased to work with Starcom to deliver a world-class brand such as Honda as the first premium advertiser for BT.com. It’s a great example of how AD2ONE maximises the value of BT.com’s online assets and can offer scale to businesses wanting to unlock the value from their multiple platforms with innovative advertising solutions.”
Sakshi Dewan, Honda Activation Manager at Starcom, said: “We’re delighted to work with AD2ONE to bring Honda closer to the new BT.com consumer site. It’s a new and innovative site delivering a great online experience to a highly engaged audience. Honda is an ideal brand advertising partner and we are delighted to have negotiated first mover advantage in such a highly demanded ad placement. We look forward to working closely with AD2ONE and BT on this campaign.”
