I came across a very interesting article by Iain Martin in The Telegraph which delves much deeper than usual into the Maria Miller affair. He says … Tory MPs now argue that the Miller farce is a huge gift to Ukip. Nigel Farage is the biggest beneficiary, they claim. Politicians getting ready to fight elections (the general election is only a year away) usually have a much better sense of such matters than journalists do.
