According to the ‘Referral Marketing: Are You Creating Customer Advocates?’ report, just one quarter (23%) of organisations currently have referral programmes in place for customer acquisition.
It can be challenging to succeed when you are operating in an industry with much larger companies.
These companies usually have the resources and reputation to corner the market which is frustrating if you are just starting out or looking to grow a small business.
