After the recent news of Coty appointing independent creative agency Initials, the agency’s first campaign - Match Perfection – is now live.
Following the launch of Rimmel London’s Match Perfection extended foundation range at the beginning of the year, Initials worked closely with the beauty brand on a fresh resupport campaign designed to turn the spotlight towards the brand’s audience by celebrating individuality, diversity and self-expression.

Coty has appointed independent creative agency Initials to work on three upcoming Rimmel London campaigns, following a four-way pitch.
The work, which will roll out from September through to the end of the year, will include a campaign for Rimmel London’s Match Perfection foundation range, as well as Halloween and Christmas campaigns to promote season specific products.
Back in 2014, Bentley University released a study that suggested millennials are the most independent, nimble and overall entrepreneurial generation ever to have existed. Plus, while their predecessors aimed for that prestigious corner office millennials have entirely different career aims in mind.
Of those surveyed, just 13% of millennials wanted to climb the corporate ladder and claim the title of CEO or president. Conversely, a whopping 67% stated that their ultimate career goal was starting their own business. Director of Bentley’s Entrepreneurial Studies programme Fred Tuffile put this down to the idea that millennials see no future in more traditional pathways and instead wish to create their own.
