Up-and-coming lingerie firm Bluebella gets a £1m boost to conquer US

Up-and-coming lingerie brand Bluebella has raised more than £1million by crowdfunding to expand into the US.

The firm, which is fronted by Queen drummer Roger Taylor's daughter, Tigerlily Taylor, more than doubled its initial target of £500,000.

It said the extra money would enable it to raise its profile through direct marketing and PR – with its ultimate goal being to sell 10,000 bras a month.

Windsor Mint is delighted at the results of its first ever TV campaign put together by West Country based Mostly Media. The Queen Elizabeth II Birthday campaign ran in April, May and June showcasing Windsor Mint's commemorative strikes for the event. The campaign ran across ITV, SKY, Channel 4 and Turner channels using a mixture of 30 and 60 second commercials.

Acknowledged by Windsor Mint as its most successful TV campaign ever, the results speak for themselves with a £200k total spend seeing the lowest cost per order ever achieved through TV advertising and sales trebling what was predicted.

Sedley Place creates commemorative Queen’s Diamond Jubilee stamps for British Royal Mail

The Royal Mail’s commemorative Queen’s stamps were recently launched with a compelling new design treatment from long time collaborators Sedley Place.

The prestigious assignment continues the tradition of issuing new stamp designs to mark significant historic occasions. With hand-drawn lettering and pattern work by founding partner Gerry Barney, the intricate design features scroll work and patterns that are based on those first appearing in the official programme commemorating the 1952 coronation of Her Majesty the Queen.

R&B Group Prepare Diamond Jubilee Exhibition For Queen’s Visit

An impressive exhibition featuring an indoor replica of Roker Beach has been created for the Queens visit to Sunderland tomorrow.

A series of marquees have been erected at the Sunderland Docks and Event Production Company, R&B Group called upon to help transform the empty shells into a temporary museum. [more…]
