Boris Becker, the six-time Grand Slam winner and former world number one tennis star, has been unveiled as a brand ambassador for Anakena, the new Chilean wine brand in the UK.  Launched just six months ago, Anakena is already the fifth best-selling wine brand from Chile.

This announcement further strengthens Anakena’s presence in tennis, complementing its existing partnerships with British Tennis and world number one doubles player, Jamie Murray.

MEC Wavemaker and evian are appealing to the inquisitive streak in Wimbledon fans’ with the return of the award winning #wimblewatch campaign, which this year watches people reacting to the action and packages the results into a daily three-minute film.

Featuring celebrities and sports personalities -- including Lee Mack, Laura Whitmore, Russell Kane, Rebecca Adlington, David Haye, Pat Cash and Greg Rusedski -- each #wimblewatch episode will capture evian’s Live Young spirit by showcasing those spontaneous moments that create the most gripping on- and off-court drama each day.

The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) has launched a new strategic brand positioning and campaign for The Championships, Wimbledon, under the platform “In Pursuit of Greatness”.

“In Pursuit of Greatness” is the first major campaign launched by the AELTC for The Championships. Developed by McCann London as part of the integrated IPG team, “In Pursuit of Greatness” is designed to celebrate the Wimbledon brand through communicating The Championships’ constant quest for improvement.
