Time Out Group announces new Time Out Market in London

Time Out Group PLC (AIM: TMO), the global multi-platform media and e-commerce business with food & cultural markets, is pleased to announce that it has signed a conditional lease agreement for a new Time Out Market at 106 Commercial Street in London’s vibrant Shoreditch district. The agreement is subject to planning permission being received on the site.

This will be the first Time Out Market in London, following the success of its flagship market in Lisbon which opened in May 2014, and its newly signed lease in Porto. In the first six months of 2016, the Lisbon market reported strong YoY proforma revenue growth of 106%, record levels of visitors (1.3 million) and has been EBITDA positive in each month of the current financial year. Time Out Group today revealed a refreshed visual identity for the Group and all its digital and media properties.

The evolved identity includes new treatments for Time Out’s global digital and mobile channels, new City specific logos, new mastheads for the Group’s printed materials including the magazines, all online web and social channels, advertising and live events. It will be live across all channels from 1st March.

Created by Time Out with creative agency adam&eveDDB, the new sensitively updated identity has been simplified to be more flexible in digital, social, print and physical channels. [more…]

It’s a swarm of Time Outs – Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds and Glasgow

It's a swarm of Time Outs : After the successful launch of Time Out Manchester earlier this month, Edinburgh is the second of six cities in the nationwide roll-out. This is followed by the launches of Time Out Leeds and Glasgow in November and Bristol and Birmingham in early 2015. Each city will have its own editor, who will curate content from local experts through the launch of an extensive Time Out blogger network.
