His role has been created to add an additional level of support at a senior level as the company continues to expand. Bradshaw will be responsible for managing growth and investment in the company’s client management and sales activities across all sectors, products and channels.
Currently working as CEO of IBG World, a disruptive business in the data, analytics and digital tech space, Bradshaw’s previous positions include c-suite roles as managing director of media agency, RAPP, and head of data strategy as well as numerous other senior marketing roles for Royal Mail. Leeds based integrated agency, ilk, has strengthened its creative team with a trio of new appointments in a strategic move to further enhance its reputation for creativity across graphic design, animation and branding. Ben Gardner and Ryan Spence join ilk’s studio team as senior designers, whilst Hayley Collingswood joins as Creative Account Manager.
Ben brings nearly ten years of design experience to his new role, having worked on brands including Nickelodeon and Universal Music Publishing Group, whilst Ryan joins the team following two years at design agency, Magpie, where he worked on clients including the University of Leeds and the NHS.
Guy Phillipson, the Chief Executive of the UK’s Internet Advertising Bureau has announced his intention to step down in January 2017 after exactly 12 years heading the industry body. Phillipson will stay involved in the media business through advisory and non-executive roles.
VCCP Media has hired Marie Oldham [right] as its Chief Strategy Officer. Marie will oversee best in class planning at VCCP Media and help to further develop media integration throughout the VCCP partnership.

Bing Ads today releases insights into online Easter shopping behaviour, revealing almost three quarters (69%) of searches will be made by females as they lead the charge in planning family fun this Easter.
Based on data from last year, Bing Ads expect 60 per cent of all Easter related retail searches to be made from a mobile device, continuing trends seen on other key retail shopping days so far this year such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
