New relationship born between Epiphany and Stokke

International premium baby and children’s furniture manufacturer, Stokke, has appointed Epiphany, a Jaywing agency, to handle its digital marketing activity.

As well as developing a new website for the high-quality brand with ongoing CRO, Epiphany will manage Stokke’s multilingual PPC, display and paid social strategy.

Lack of data science skills presents major barrier to brands forming deep customer relationships

A significant data science skills gap is preventing businesses from delivering a personalised customer experience and accurately calculating ROI, according to a new report by marketing experts Jaywing.

Despite nine in 10 marketers (92 per cent) agreeing that data management is a key priority for their business, Jaywing’s 2017 data-driven marketing report reveals that two-fifths of marketers (40 per cent) believe a lack of data and analytical skills is preventing them from delivering effective customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.

New Report : UK’s biggest retailers still battling with the basics of ecommerce, costing billions each year

UK retailers are missing out on £2bn in online revenue each year due to slow websites and not having guest checkouts, according to a new report on ecommerce performance, by online retailing specialist Summit. Argos and Sainsbury’s topped the table of the UK’s 50 biggest retailers, with John Lewis, Screwfix and Tesco following closely behind.

The bottom position is jointly held by Dorothy Perkins, Superdrug, Topshop, and Evans with a score of 56%. Topshop scored only 13% for online customer service, as a result of slow response times and limited contact options for customers.
