Johnston Press implements Salesforce.com

CloudSense has been chosen to integrate Salesforce.com into the business to improve productivity, provide a single customer view and improve the overall customer experience.Johnston Press is a leading multimedia company in the UK and Ireland. The group produces a wide range of media titles, including 13 daily newspapers, over 230 weekly titles and a host of monthly magazines. Many of these titles have associated web and mobile sites, and Johnston Press also sells iPad apps for a number of its publications. With such a complex product portfolio, Johnston Press is keen to acquire a rich view of its customers through a fully-integrated solution which will manage the entire sales cycle.
