CMA international content marketing awards shortlist revealed

The Content Marketing Association (CMA), the industry body for the content marketing industry, has revealed its shortlist for the International Content Marketing Awards. The winners of the world’s single most competitive awards competition for content marketing agencies will be announced at a ceremony on Tuesday November 22nd at the Roundhouse in London.

In the UK and internationally, 2016 has seen a boom in content marketing strategy budgets including investment in video, social and data which has been reflected in the entries of this years’ CMA Awards. Shortlists of up to 10 nominated businesses per category will fight for Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.

In total, the 2015 International Content Marketing Awards have received:

  • Over 450 award entries
  • From 104 agencies
  • Representing work of over 200 brands and businesses
  • From 21 different countries including nominations from UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Australia, Sweden and Israel

The first stage of awards was judged by 77 judges from across the agency world, with senior-level representatives from CMA member and non CMA member agencies. These businesses included: The Economist, Cedar, ESI, Future, Havas Media Group, Immediate Media, John Brown Media, Karmarama, MEC, Redwood and Time Inc.

The second stage will be held on November 3rd with an illustrious line-up of content marketing experts forming the final judging panel – the full panel can be viewed here.
