Conversion Factory, www.conversionfactory.com, the data driven conversion optimization agency, has appointed Kenneth Grierson as client services manager.

Prior to joining Conversion Factory, Kenneth was the marketing manager at Markco Media, where he developed and co-founded HushHush.com, the discount e-commerce store.

At Conversion Factory Kenneth will manage operations and client services, ensuring the smooth integration of project management platforms and support procedures as the company expands both its staff and clients. Kenneth’s appointment comes at a significant time for Conversion Factory. The company has continued to expand in UK markets as well as mainland Europe and the US, largely driven by increasing demand for its conversion rate optimization services.

Stephen Pavlovich, CEO and founder of Conversion Factory, said:

“Ken’s expertise in website and ecommerce management together with an in-depth knowledge of the digital market will be a valuable asset for our client services team. We are committed to increasing revenue and market share for our clients and Ken will play a key role in developing our expansion plans.”

Kenneth Grierson said:

Conversion Factory leads the way in this expanding market with the latest tools and methodology to improve profits online. I am delighted to be joining the team during this very exciting and challenging period.”
